What happens on the call
You send us something you already have, or bring it to the call: a policy document, an onboarding deck, a recorded session. We open it and build a working course from it while you watch, so you can see where the time actually goes rather than taking our word for it.
Then we take a completed course and walk through the reporting. Which lesson people fail, where they stop, what comprehension looks like against completion. That is usually the part that decides whether this is useful to you, so we spend most of the time there.
What we will ask you
How many people you train, how often the material changes, and what currently takes the longest. Those three answers determine whether we are a fit, and if we are not we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a trial.
Who should come
Whoever builds the training, and whoever is unhappy about how long it takes. If those are two different people, bring both. Technical setup is not discussed unless you ask, because there is almost none.
What happens afterwards
You get the course we built on the call, whether or not you go any further with us. It is yours, exported, no strings. If you want to keep going we will scope a pilot with a real cohort and a date.
